Our Team

Jeffrey Piper

With an immense admiration and respect for US Armed Forces and its members, including military participation of multiple family members, Jeff founded Semper Fi placing honor, integrity and teamwork at its core. Jeff has spent more than 20 years in the M&A industry. Most recently, Jeff was a Managing Director at Svoboda Capital Partners LLC, a lower middle-market buyout firm. Prior to that, Jeff was an investment banker with Robert W. Baird & Co. Jeff has a Masters of Business in Finance and Organizational Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Bachelors of Science in Finance with Honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Jeff resides in Elmhurst, Illinois, with his wife and three children.
